Digital Communications Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all Hawks Hotels social media channels.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build online community.
• Create basic content including captions, graphics, reels, stories, and videos.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations team to capture on-site content.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly engagement reports.
• Keep up with current trends and incorporate them into Hawks Hotels’ content.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, or Communication.
• 1+ years experience managing social media for a brand or business.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
• Strong writing and creative thinking abilities.
• Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry is a bonus.

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
