Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive bookings and brand awareness.
- Support in managing B2B and B2C relationships including travel agents, DMCs, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare marketing collateral and coordinate with design teams and agencies.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and promotional platforms.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing within hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva/Photoshop, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of OTAs and reservation systems is a plus.
- Result-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
