Assistant Revenue & E-Commerce Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly pickup trends to optimize pricing and inventory.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to forecast occupancy and revenue.
• Manage rate strategy across all OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.).
• Coordinate with channel managers and PMS to ensure rate parity and availability.
• Implement promotional campaigns and special offers to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Prepare monthly revenue performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop direct booking strategies through brand website and E-commerce tools.
• Ensure all online content is up to date, optimized, and visually consistent across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management and e-commerce in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.).
• Experience with PMS, channel manager, and revenue management tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
