Reservation Agent Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Ezee PMS, OTA extranet platforms, and channel managers
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• Strong reporting, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Independent, proactive, and capable of leading a small team
• Familiarity with revenue strategies and booking trends is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire reservations department
• Manage and optimize daily reservations from all sources (direct, OTAs, agents, etc.)
• Supervise and guide the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain rate parity, availability, and content across OTA and direct platforms
• Take full ownership of Ezee PMS and channel manager setup and operations
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation and forecast reports
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and front office teams to align guest expectations
• Handle special booking requests, group reservations, and VIP coordination
• Troubleshoot booking issues, manage cancellations, and resolve overbooking conflicts
• Create, implement, and ensure adherence to reservation-related SOPs
• Train and support junior reservation team members

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
