Key Responsibilities:
• Handle reservations and inquiries from international travel agents and tour operators.
• Create tailored travel packages and pricing proposals for partners.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with B2B clients.
• Share updated product knowledge, promotions, and rates with partners.
• Coordinate availability, bookings, cancellations, and payments.
• Comfortable hosting webinars and online product presentations.
• Ability to initiate partnerships from scratch, including outreach and negotiation.
• Respond to direct inquiries from travelers across phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Design personalized travel plans based on customer needs and budgets.
• Manage full booking process including confirmations, invoicing, and client communication.
• Provide accurate advice on resorts, guesthouses, transfers, and experiences.
• Deliver excellent service before, during, and after the client’s travel.
• Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving when handling customer concerns.
👤 What We’re Looking For (Both Positions):
• Open to Maldivian nationals (Male/Female).
• Foreigners are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel reservations, tourism, or hospitality sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); other languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven personality.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Familiarity with OTAs and reservation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Maldives resorts, guesthouses, and travel logistics (e.g., transfers, domestic flights, island connections).
• Able to think outside the box when faced with complex customer challenges, offering thoughtful and practical solutions.
🕒 Working Hours:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Maldives Time
• 1 Hour Lunch Break
• 1 Day Off per Week

• Basic Salary: USD $800/month (negotiable based on experience)
