General maintenance assisting the Captain.

Scheduled weekly wash-downs and hull cleaning.

Schedule and supervise detailed cleaning and polishing.

Monitor boat water system.

Monitor boat electrical system.

Monitor boat utility system.

Work efficiently with his crew to create safe and efficient vessel operation.

Be an example by setting the pace, be reliable, flexible and practice true hospitality.

Has the final say concerning the safety of his vessel and passengers.

Responsible for cleanliness and repairs needed on the boat.

Report all accidents, near misses, major and minor damages to the vessel, guest complaints, and safety issues to management, immediately.
