Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales & Coordination Manager, you will be required to perform the following duties and
undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
1. Create sales plan according to the company’s goals and objectives
2. Overseeing lead generation process
3. Train & develop reservations team
4. Manage & motivate subordinates to reach targets, help to close bookings
5. Monitor calculations & communication of the reservations team, provide support.
6. Ensure all inquiries received by reservations team through any channel (email, social media etc.)
are processed efficiently within 12 hours of receipt.
7. Minimize booking errors of the reservations team and ensure data is entered accurately in the
reservation system.
8. Plan and conduct monthly reviews of KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and
ensure alignment with market changes. Use insights from these reviews to adjust strategies and
improve performance.
9. Manage customer relationships, and ensure accurate data tracking. Leverage these tools to
automate processes and improve team efficiency.
10. Track and measure customer feedback and satisfaction related to inquiries and bookings.
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and
service quality.
11. Prepare 40 special offers monthly for marketing purposes.
12. Track and analyze marketing performance, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to
measure the impact of sales efforts.
13. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies for optimal results.
14. Prepare weekly and monthly reports till 5th of the next month and send them to the
Management.
15. Participate in office meetings.
16. Other relevant duties as assigned by the Management of the company.
