Job Description

  • Coordinate and assist with the delivery and pick-up of goods and materials to and from various locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to clients and internal departments.
  • Handle shipments at the airport, including pick-up and drop-off of goods.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Visit shops and suppliers to procure necessary materials and supplies as requested by the logistics or other departments.
  • Maintain records of purchases and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  •  Assist in managing inventory, including counting and organizing stock.
  •  Support inventory audits and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all logistics activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports on deliveries, inventory, and other logistics-related activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to coordinate deliveries and shipments.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries or shipments promptly.
  • Assist the logistics team with general administrative tasks and other duties as required.
