Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to reservations. 

  • Making Reservations: Processing new reservations, modifying existing ones, and canceling bookings. 
  • Providing Information: Offering details about room types, availability, rates, packages, amenities, and hotel facilities. 
  • Customer Service: Addressing guest needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. 
  • Managing Reservations: Using reservation systems to update booking details, confirm reservations, and track availability. 
  • Sales and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or promotions. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and bookings. 
  • Communication: Collaborating with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
  • Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on hotel offerings, policies, and procedures.
