Key Responsibilities:
Meet and guide tourists from the international airport arrival zone to the Seaplane checking counter / Domestic terminal checking counter or a boat departure/arrival area.
Answering guest questions in English, Russian depends on the situation.
Assist guests with luggage if needed.
Provide a brief overview about Maldives and waiting time for the transfer.
Assist with purchasing a sim card or anything else in the airport if needed.
Assist with orientation in the international or domestic terminal.
Inform guests and sales & reservations team about transfer delay and provided support.
Be available over the mobile phone / WhatsApp 24/7.
Report on arrival and departure to the Sales & Reservations team.
Take care of the company’s airport counter, ensure the TV screen is showing logo or video as per the request of the sales or marketing team.
In case of the special requirements, search and buy gifts, flowers or any other specific things as requested and bring them to the airport.
Accompany injured guests to the hospital, help with translation.
If requested provide excursion service in Russian or English language in Male’ or Hulhumale
