Job Description

We are looking for Ticketing & Outbound Officer with exceptional skills and passion for travel services to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
●  Ticket Issuance: Manage the issuance, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations of international and domestic flight tickets according to customer requests.
●  Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handling travel bookings, itineraries, and ticket-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.

●  Outbound Travel Support: Assist in arranging outbound travel packages, working closely with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to confirm bookings.
●  Booking Management: Process client bookings, maintain accurate and updated records, and ensure all ticketing transactions are completed efficiently.
●  Administrative Support: Assist in managing customer profiles, invoicing, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately filed and accessible.
●  Coordination: Collaborate with the Ticketing and Outbound Executive to provide operational support for ticketing and outbound travel management.
●  Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service is provided to all clients, addressing any service issues promptly and professionally.
●  Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket sales, service delivery, and customer feedback for internal review.
●  Compliance: Ensure all ticketing operations follow relevant airline regulations and industry standards, maintaining compliance at all times.
