Reservation / Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Reservation & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms

• Manage and update room availability and booking systems

• Communicate effectively with guests, agents, and internal departments

• Process bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications

• Promote hotel packages, upsell services, and maximize occupancy

• Coordinate with front office and operations for smooth guest arrivals

• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations, Sales, or Front Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

• Strong knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., PMS, Channel Manager, OTAs)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset
