Marine Mechanic – Speed Boats Specialist

Salary: MVR 25,000 (Per Month) + Free Accommodation
Location: Maldives (Local candidates preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Marine Mechanic with hands-on experience in maintaining, repairing, and overhauling high-performance marine engines, particularly Yamaha and Suzuki 250HP models. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet of speed boats operates safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls on inboard and outboard engines.

• Specialize in Yamaha and Suzuki 250HP engine maintenance and rebuilds.

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and diagnostic reports.

• Maintain accurate service and repair records.

• Use appropriate hand and power tools for marine mechanical work.

• Identify and resolve mechanical issues with a focus on quality and safety.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical training in marine or mechanical systems (preferred).

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with inboard and outboard engines.

• Familiarity with high-speed marine applications.

• Ability to read and create technical reports and documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Preference given to local Maldivian candidates.
