Job Description

Lets Go Maldives Pvt. Ltd. is a leading inbound tourism company specializing in crafting unforgettable experiences in the Maldives. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Coordination Manager.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives.

● Oversee lead generation and support the reservations team in closing bookings.

● Train, motivate, and monitor the reservations team to meet KPIs and ensure accuracy in bookings.

● Plan and review KPIs monthly to optimize sales strategies.

● Manage customer relationships and track customer feedback to improve service quality.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies.

● Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or a related field.

● Strong organizational and leadership skills.

● Proficiency in using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.

● Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

● Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

● Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

● Friday: Day off

Special Conditions:

● 3-month probationary period.
