GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interacting daily with guests and colleagues and provide outstanding customer care.
- Assisting guests with any query on any area of the Resort (not limited to the Spa).
- Scheduling and organizing all Spa bookings.
- Organizing all daily Spa paperwork and reporting.
- Ensuring that waiting time is minimized for the guest.
- Answering all enquiries with complete knowledge of the services, homecare products and promotions offered
Qualifications
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) years' experience in a similar role with Luxury Hotels/Resorts.
- Professionally trained and skilled unisex hairstylist with managing Spa Receptionist duties.
- Expert in blow-drying, hair coloring, and styling for various occasions, bridal and special event makeup, men’s grooming services.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
- Strong personality who fosters excellent teamwork.
