We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team at The Hawks Pvt Ltd
SPEEDBOAT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
· A’ Level / Degree / Diploma in Operations or maritime operations or any related discipline
· Valid speedboat operator license or certification.
· Proven experience operating speedboats or similar vessels in a recreational or commercial capacity.
· Strong understanding of marine navigation and safety protocols.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays..
Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the speedboat fleet, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
· Conduct thorough pre-departure checks on speedboats, including safety equipment inspections and operational readiness assessments.
· Train and mentor junior operators on best practices in navigation, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
· Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and safety.
· Monitor weather conditions and adjust routes proactively to ensure safe travel for all passengers.
· Maintain detailed records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
· Engage with passengers and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries effectively.
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
