We are seeking a dedicated Speed Boat Captain to join our team and guide our guests on exciting water adventures!

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate speed boats for tours, water sports, and passenger transport.

• Ensure all passengers’ safety by enforcing safety rules and providing safety briefings.

• Conduct regular boat inspections, including safety equipment, engine checks, and fuel levels.

• Navigate through various water routes with professionalism and efficiency.

• Provide friendly and informative commentary about local landmarks, wildlife, and points of interest during tours.

• Maintain clean and orderly boats and equipment.

• Respond to emergencies and implement safety protocols as needed.

• Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speed Boat Captain’s License or equivalent certification.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a speed boat operator or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of maritime safety regulations.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and perform light maintenance on boats.

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks related to the position.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:

Negotiable: based on the experience
