Administrative executive - Intern

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks efficiently, assist with visa processing, and ensure compliance with deadlines. 
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
* Apply for work and business visas and keep track of visa expirations to ensure timely renewals.
* Communicate with customers regarding visa statuses and requirements.
* Organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage office supplies.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
* Provide support to team members on various tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: O Level or equivalent.
* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
* License: Must possess a valid driving license.
* Experience: Familiarity with the XPAT online system is preferred but not required.
