Bartender

We're on the lookout for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team! 

Salary: USD 300 – 500 per Month + Service Charge

Job Skills Requirement:

·         Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a similar position

·         Knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.

·         Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

·         Basic know-how of Point of Sales System

·         Positive approach to customer service

·         Attention to detail and cleanliness

·         Ability to work well in a team

·         Professionally groomed and is neat in appearance

Main Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and serve a variety of drinks

·         Assist in preparing the buffet and setting up restaurant for mealtimes.

·         Interact with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.

·         Maintain bar & food/Drinks handling area clean and organized all times.

·         Manage bar store, inventory & supply orders

·         Manage Bar sales and POS system

·         Collection of weekly / cruise wise sales and reconciliations

·         Any other additional responsibility assigned by Superior from time to time.
