Dive Instructor

Basic Responsibilities of the Job Role:

• Educate and guide individuals in the art of scuba diving.

• Teach divers essential skills, knowledge, and safety procedures to ensure they can explore the underwater world safely and responsibly.

• Maintain accurate dive statistics and records.

• Perform duties and assist subordinates in carrying out their tasks.

• Foster harmony and teamwork among colleagues.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive diving training program.

• Prepare and develop dive schedules for guests, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

• Prepare and submit requisitions for supplies as needed.

• Ensure that both colleagues and clients work in a safe and healthy environment.

• Ensure that colleagues maintain a neat and clean work environment in the Dive Centre.

• Assist in updating or revising existing policies and procedures to accommodate the evolving needs of service operations.
