We are a well-established real estate development company seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finishing Designer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of interior & exterior finishing drawings for building projects.
Work Location: Hulhumale Phase 1, Maldives.
Key Responsibilities:
a.Assist in drafting and designing interior & exterior finishing plans for building projects.
b.Collaborate with architects and designers to develop precise and high-quality design drawings.
c.Utilize industry-standard drawing software to create and modify architectural plans.
d.Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and project requirements.
Requirements:
a.Proficiency in major design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
b.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
c.Good communication and teamwork skills.
d.Fluent in Chinese (spoken).
