Job Description

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Identify and target corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses for private dining, catering, and group bookings.

Manage the restaurant’s loyalty programs, partnerships, and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

Client & Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, VIP guests, and corporate partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, group bookings, and special requests.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Organize and attend networking events, food tastings, and community engagement activities to promote the restaurant.

Revenue Management & Reporting:

Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and business growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the finance team to set and meet revenue targets.

Team Collaboration & Operations:

Work closely with the restaurant’s operations team to ensure seamless service for group bookings and events.

Train front-of-house staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies.

Ensure promotional offers and sales initiatives are effectively communicated to the team.
