Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Identify and target corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses for private dining, catering, and group bookings.
• Manage the restaurant’s loyalty programs, partnerships, and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Client & Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, VIP guests, and corporate partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, group bookings, and special requests.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Organize and attend networking events, food tastings, and community engagement activities to promote the restaurant.
Revenue Management & Reporting:
• Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to set and meet revenue targets.
Team Collaboration & Operations:
• Work closely with the restaurant’s operations team to ensure seamless service for group bookings and events.
• Train front-of-house staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure promotional offers and sales initiatives are effectively communicated to the team.
