We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to be the face of our hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our guests. This role is focused solely on guest services, handling arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries while enhancing their overall experience.
Guest Experience Management: Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Check-in & Check-out: Smoothly manage guest arrivals and departures, handling reservations, room assignments, and payments efficiently.
Trip & Experience Sales: Offer and promote hotel services, tours, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
Guest Assistance: Address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Daily Reports & Logs: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and feedback for continuous improvement.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort.
✔️ Fluent in English (Additional languages are a plus).
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔️ Positive attitude and a warm, welcoming personality.
✔️ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
✔️ Knowledge of hotel management systems/operations
