We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team at The Hawks Pvt Ltd

SITE MANAGER

 Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree I Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Engineering / Maintenance / relevant qualification

·       Proven record of 3-5 years’ experience as Repairs & Maintenance Manager.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·       Knowledge and experience of building and construction projects.

·       Good communication skills & computer proficiency.

·       Heading entire operations of the site including “all Managers” under control.

·       Supervising and overseeing the daily progress of the construction project and team. Carry out inspections of the resources to identify risks and resolve issues.

·       Competence in forecasting budget for projects, ensure compliance of project completion within the given timeframe.

·       Strong technical knowledge of building systems like Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Fibreglass, Lathe workshop, Boatyard, Inboard, Outboard Engines.

·       Maintain Quality control procedures and quality assurance. Conduct Quality and Safety Inspections at site.

·       Negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.   

·       Inventory Management - overseeing company's inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock is available for construction / sales or delivery by monitoring stock levels.

·       Training and motivating all the workforce to achieve the given job tasks.

·       Provide regular reports and insights to management.         

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
