We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team at The Hawks Pvt Ltd

 

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

 

Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor’s Degree I Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Engineering / Maintenance / relevant qualification – CMM / CMRP

·       Proven record of 3-5 years’ experience as Repairs & Maintenance Manager.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·       Ability to analyse and troubleshoot with high level of expertise.

·       Good communication skills & computer proficiency.

·       Problem solving skills and technical aptitude related to all automotives.    

·       Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

·       Competence in operating tools, equipments, machineries according to the given safety standards.

·       Strong technical knowledge of building systems like Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Fibreglass, Lathe workshop, Boatyard, Inboard, Outboard Engines.

·       Inspect engines, mechanical & electrical components.         

·       Monitor inventory & stock levels related to automobile / machinery - electronic / repair & maintenance.        

·       Manage Installation, operation, modification, repair, service of components.           

·       Conduct regular maintenance checks / replacing fluids / oils / lubrications.

·       Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.

·       Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs & preventive maintenance.           

·       Provide regular reports and insights to management.         

 

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
