Job Description

Prepare and submit maintenance proposal ahead of renewal date. 

Follow up with the customers and conclude the maintenance contract. 

Raise invoice as per the terms of the maintenance contract and submit to the customer on time. 

Follow up and collect payments. 

Timely review of the problem areas with the department head and initiate necessary action. 

Receive modernization enquiry and co-ordinate with maintenance department for survey and estimate. Advise suitable recommendation to the client. 

Submit the modernization estimate to the prospective customer and follow up. § Proactive follow-up for recovering lost customers 

Monitor the work progress related to repair / modernization in coordination with Maintenance Dept., and periodically discuss with HOD. 

Communicate to customers complaints cell as and when any complaint received from the customers. 

Periodically update Manager / HOD regarding the receivables and backlog of renewals and take necessary action. 

Assist department head in the preparation of the annual budget in alignment with the Sector budget and operating plans

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Qualifications :-  Bachelor’s degree / Diploma/ or equivalent degree with relevant experience, MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a recognized business school is preferred

Years of Experience :-  2-4 years of relevant experience in a sales role in lift / escalator industry
