The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and process transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory deductions.
  • Assist in audits and financial analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

· Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with QuickBooks

Other Preferences:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
