Odoo Developer or Implementor

Key Responsibilities:

·         Module Development & Customization:

·         Develop and customize new Odoo modules according to business requirements.

·         Modify existing modules and integrate third-party applications to enhance system functionality.

·         Design and implement complex workflows, reports, and data models within Odoo using Odoo Studio.

·         Leverage Odoo Studio to create custom applications, fields, and reports without needing extensive coding.

·         Customize forms, views, and dashboards in Odoo Studio to tailor the system to specific business needs.

·         Train and support end-users in using Odoo Studio to make minor customizations and enhancements.

Technical Support & Maintenance:

·         Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Odoo modules and workflows.

·         Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades of the Odoo platform.

·         Optimize Odoo performance, ensuring high reliability and scalability.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·         Odoo Technical Skills

·         Strong experience with Odoo development (minimum 2-3 years).

·         Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and XML.

·         Familiarity with PostgreSQL, and experience with ORM methods.

·         Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.

·         Knowledge of Odoo’s internal architecture and module development process.

·         Hands-on experience with Odoo Studio, including customizations and workflow development.

·         Strong understanding of Odoo ERP system and its various modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).

·         Experience with Odoo’s API and third-party integrations.

·         Previous experience in customizing Odoo for specific industry needs.

·         Knowledge of software version control systems

·         Experience in data migration and integration with third-party systems.
