SUPPLY COORDINATOR

We are looking for a proactive Supply Coordinator to enhance our supply chain operations.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Supply Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of goods and services to resorts, suppliers, and the company’s operations. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence in service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ·Coordinate Deliveries: Manage the delivery of goods to resorts and other clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supplier Relations: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the availability of required goods and materials.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to align supply needs with company goals.
• Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
• Problem Resolution: Address supply chain challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze supply reports to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply operations in the FMCG industry.
• Preference: Male candidate of Indian nationality.
