The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance MGH Group’s brand presence, attract customers, and increase sales across its business units. The role includes digital marketing, branding, market research, and promotional campaigns.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing plans aligned with MGH Group’s business goals.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all platforms.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee social media presence, website content, and online advertising efforts.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop promotional campaigns, events, and advertisements to drive customer engagement.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Public Relations & Communication: Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.
- Sales Support & Lead Generation: Work with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer outreach.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and report insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent creative thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
