The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing stock levels, procurement processes, and storage solutions across MGH Group’s businesses. The role ensures the efficient handling of materials and goods while optimizing inventory costs and minimizing waste.
- Inventory Planning & Control: Develop inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels for smooth business operations.
- Stock Monitoring & Reconciliation: Track stock levels, perform regular audits, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Procurement Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective stock replenishment.
- Warehouse & Storage Management: Implement best practices for warehouse organization, stock safety, and accessibility.
- System Implementation & Automation: Utilize inventory management software to track and control stock movement efficiently.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Enhance procurement and logistics processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide insights for better decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
