Job Description

Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager ensures that MGH Group’s operations, services, and products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. This role is responsible for implementing quality control processes, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement strategies across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control & Assurance Framework: Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines for MGH Group’s diverse business operations.

- Regulatory Compliance & Standards: Ensure all business operations comply with relevant national and international standards, industry regulations, and certifications.

- Audit & Inspection Management: Conduct internal quality audits, inspections, and assessments to maintain high operational standards.

- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify areas for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance service and product quality.

- Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential quality risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.

- Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Handling: Monitor customer feedback, address complaints, and drive service improvements.

- Training & Capacity Building: Develop training programs for staff on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of quality audits, compliance reports, and improvement plans, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operational auditing.

- Strong understanding of industry standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.) and regulatory frameworks.

- Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to enforce quality standards effectively.
