Job Description

  • Assist the Staff Cafeteria team in managing all culinary activities during Ramadan, ensuring compliance with Velaa’s standards in quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
  • Promoting cross-sectional effective communication with a positive team spirit.
  • Continuously work on maintaining the consistency of dishes and take initiative on improving the quality and range of choices.

Qualifications

  • Available to work from 01st March 2025 to end of 01st April 2025.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with hotels/resorts in preparing Maldivian and Asian cuisine.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Experienced in working with multicultural teams and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in hectic environments.
