Lets Go Maldives Pvt. Ltd. is a leading inbound tourism company specializing in crafting unforgettable experiences in the Maldives. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Coordination Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee lead generation and support the reservations team in closing bookings.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor the reservations team to meet KPIs and ensure accuracy in bookings.
  • Plan and review KPIs monthly to optimize sales strategies.
  • Manage customer relationships and track customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
