Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our food delivery service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, assisting with food delivery orders and inquiries.
- Providing accurate information about the menu, delivery times, and promotions.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints related to orders, delivery, or payments.
- Updating customer order information and ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions.
- Recording and documenting customer feedback or concerns for quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Dhivehi and English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in a similar customer service or call center role is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
