Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our food delivery service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, assisting with food delivery orders and inquiries.
  • Providing accurate information about the menu, delivery times, and promotions.
  • Resolving customer issues or complaints related to orders, delivery, or payments.
  • Updating customer order information and ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions.
  • Recording and documenting customer feedback or concerns for quality improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Dhivehi and English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in a similar customer service or call center role is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
