ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing) to join our team at Reethi Faru Resort.
In this role, you are responsible to source, solicit, negotiate, and handle all accounts within the assigned portfolio. Drive the right business at the right price to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in the hospitality industry.
- Must be proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
