Job Description

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in managing daily operations of our office facilities, café operations, and employee accommodation services while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

● Develop and implement promotion & sales strategies for café products and other assigned products

● Search for new business opportunities and negotiate with potential clients

● Demonstrate and present coffee and tea brand varieties to customers

● Reach and maintain sales targets

● Provide regular feedback to Management on sales performance and market trends

Café Operations Management

● Oversee the work of the café staff

● Initiate and facilitate brainstorming sessions with staff for continuous improvement

● Monitor inventory levels, keep track of stock, and place orders as needed

● Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and relevant health and safety standards

● Maintain high standards of service and quality

● Drive sales and promotion of coffee machines

Employee Accommodation Management

● Coordinate employee housing arrangements, including check-in/check-out procedures

● Manage accommodation maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution

● Oversee cleaning schedules and linen management

● Monitor and organize waste management procedures

● Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments and availability

Administrative Support

● Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Department

● Process and maintain documentation for various departmental needs

● Handle document printing, filing, and organization

● Prepare regular reports on operations status and activities

● Execute all duties as per Standard Operating Procedures of the company

Qualifications Required

● Degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

● Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operations management

● Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal forms

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits

● Basic Salary: 600 - 700 USD

● Food Allowance: 1500 MVR

● Company shared accommodation and amenities

● Work permit in the Maldives

(The arrival ticket cost will be reimbursed upon arrival at LGM Male office.)
