Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales & Events Coordinator to join
our team at Lets Go Maldives. This role is pivotal in driving outbound travel sales while
supporting event coordination for the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for travel, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to manage events effectively to
elevate our brand presence online and offline.

Roles and Responsibilities: 


Outbound Sales (Primary Responsibility)
1. Sales & Client Management:
○ Sell outbound travel packages, including flights, hotels, tour experiences, and
bespoke packages for medical tourism, leisure travel, honeymoon trips, and
more.
○ Handle inquiries and provide personalized solutions to meet clients’ travel needs.
○ Manage end-to-end customer service, from initial consultation to post-travel
feedback.

2. Package Development & Promotions:
○ Work with partners to curate competitive and attractive travel packages for
various destinations.
○ Identify new opportunities for product diversification, including niche markets like
medical tourism and luxury travel.
○ Create promotional campaigns for outbound packages to increase visibility and
bookings.

3. Market Research & Reporting:
○ Research travel trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to refine
sales strategies.
○ Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking KPIs and revenue
performance.


4. Digital Support:
○ Collaborate with the social media and website team to showcase outbound travel
packages and experiences.
○ Assist in crafting content for campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.

Events Coordination (Supporting Responsibility)

  1. Event Planning & Execution:
    ○ Assist the Marketing Department in planning and coordinating events, including
    travel fairs, roadshows, and promotional activities.
    ○ Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event
    execution.
    ○ Manage event logistics, including on-site coordination and follow-up tasks.
  2. Marketing Collaboration:
    ○ Work closely with the Marketing team to develop marketing materials for events
    and campaigns.
    ○ Ensure promotional efforts align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
    3. Database Management & Networking:
    ○ Maintain a database of event attendees, clients, and partners for future
    engagement.
    ○ Build strong relationships with international tour operators, DMCs, and service
    providers to support outbound sales and event needs.

Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in sales, travel coordination, or event management.
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and website management tools is an advantage.
● Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
