Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of emails, messages, and calls, ensuring efficient communication and excellent customer service. This role requires strong English skills, good math knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our services, policies, and booking processes.
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed reservations by understanding their needs and offering suitable options.
  • Accurately process bookings, ensuring all details are correctly recorded in the system.
  • Manage a high volume of communications efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clarity with customers and team members.
  • Explain policies, pricing, and other details in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet monthly booking targets.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and reservations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar reservations role.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent mathematical skills for accurate pricing calculations and payment processing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with booking software, email systems, and basic computer tools.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Employment Terms:

  • Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable based on performance).
