Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
Process refunds or exchanges according to company policies.
Ensure the cash counter is balanced at the end of each shift.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
Must be punctual, reliable, and presentable.
