Position Overview:

The Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. In addition to this the Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer is also responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and communication goals. This role involves working on various design projects, such as advertisements, websites, social media posts, packaging, print materials and should have a strong understanding of digital channels, such as social media, SEO, email marketing

 

Job Description:

·        Create and manage high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media

·        Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

·        Create and manage high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.

·        Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with the audience.

·        Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social platforms.

·        Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

·        Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, and product packaging.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.

·        Develop visual concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies.

·        Create and edit images, illustrations, and graphics using graphic design software.

·        Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

·        Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with project specifications.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

·        Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.

·        Liaise with printers and external vendors to ensure accurate production of printed materials.

 

Qualification and Skills:

·        Education: Advance Diploma or Degree in the related fields

·        Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in digital marketing or a similar role.

·        Proficient in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.
