Job Description

This position you will be responsible for managing site activities related to the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, and other security systems. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time.  The role will include the knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV systems, structured cabling, PA systems, Access control system, Audio systems, and other ELV systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive plans for the installation and integration of ELV systems in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Support the design department and project managers with necessary drawings from concept to handover
• Preparing ELV systems AutoCAD drawings (CCTV System, Public address system, Access Control System, Structured Cabling etc. as per the client requirements and regulations. (Added advantage)
• Attending site survey in accordance with the client's requirements.
• Plan the required resources, materials, equipment, manpower and subcontractors to execute the project in accordance with the Project Management Standard
• Follow up of bid summaries from the Contracts Department and ensure timely award of works to subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead and manage a team of ELV engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of project tasks
• Supervise the installation and configuration of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, and communication systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ELV and CCTV systems; ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 or more years’ experience in ELV and ICT related role.
• Experience in managing ICT projects is required; additional experience with ELV and Telco projects is Added advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
