Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing products and suppliers based on company requirements.

  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval.
  • Track and monitor orders from placement to delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, shipping schedules, and delivery status.
  • Address and resolve issues related to delayed, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual agreements.
  • Help identify new vendors and maintain an updated vendor database.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, including invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
  • Update internal systems with relevant order details and supplier information.
  • Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to recommend cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure purchased goods meet quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost analyses.
