Job Vacancy: HR & Admin Assistant

Nationality: Maldivian (Female Preferred)
Position: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both administrative and HR functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in English and Dhivehi (both written and verbal).
  • Educational qualification in a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience with the Xpat system is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests, direct them to the right department.
  • Handle phone calls and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage appointment scheduling.

HR Assistant Duties:

  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with HR operations, compliance, and policy updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
