Grape Expectations Pvt Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and committed individuals to join our team.
Requirements:
- Preferably with GCSE O ‘ level/ A level/Diploma in HR or any related discipline
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews etc.
- Help with onboarding new hires, including preparing documents, orientation sessions etc.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and confidential.
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting timesheets, and addressing any discrepancies.
- Support the HR department in implementing policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
