Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide a warm welcome to the resort or guest house
Escort guests to their rooms, explaining amenities and services available during their stay
Handle guest luggage with care and deliver it promptly to assigned rooms
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and resort facilities
Offer assistance with guest inquiries, such as transportation arrangements or special requests
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or information
Assist in the lobby area, opening doors for guests and creating a positive first impression
Keep the lobby and entrance areas clean and well-maintained
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Physical fitness and the ability to handle and transport luggage
Polite and professional demeanor with a friendly attitude
Knowledge of the local area and attractions
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to assist guests and go the extra mile to enhance their experience
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
