Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide a warm welcome to the resort or guest house
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining amenities and services available during their stay
  • Handle guest luggage with care and deliver it promptly to assigned rooms
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and resort facilities
  • Offer assistance with guest inquiries, such as transportation arrangements or special requests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or information
  • Assist in the lobby area, opening doors for guests and creating a positive first impression
  • Keep the lobby and entrance areas clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle and transport luggage
  • Polite and professional demeanor with a friendly attitude
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to assist guests and go the extra mile to enhance their experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
