Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards and reflects the values of Velaa Private Island.
Handles incoming and outgoing call for in-house guests and resort purpose.
Responsible for communicating all arrivals and departures to relevant parties on a timely manner.
Assists the Front Office team with all the internal and external communications.
Be fluent with all emergency procedures of the resort as the operator is the main point of contact during emergencies.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with Luxury Hotel/Resort.
Excellent command of written & spoken English, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Flexible with duty hours & scope, and a team player.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience with Leading Quality Assurance Standards and Forbes Travel Guide standards will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of MS office and Opera PMS.
