  • Closing sales & report to HO daily
  • Ensuring that Inventory in QB matches with the Physical inventory
  • Reporting Month end attendance of TMF staff to HR  
  • Coordinating with HR Department regarding queries related to TMF Staff
  • Distributing Staff Food Allowance/Salaries and Getting their respective signature & Finger print
  • Sending PO to HO Purchasing department for the items required for TMF (projects/daily operations)
  • Maintaining the daily incoming requests of TMF and following daily procedure for payables.
  • Keeping the MGH TMF QB records up to date
  • Do a daily close on Ezee and informing about the confirmed bookings to HO Finance.
  • Collecting room payment upon guest arrival to Guest House
  • Updating daily excursion activities on guest folio on Ezee
  • Doing daily POS machine settlement
  • Reconciling monthly restaurant sales included in guest packages and raising month invoice.
  • Depositing and reporting the cash payments received
  • All the payment confirmation must be done and details should be shared with HO finance Staff daily
  • Sending Weekly Revenue Report
