INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree I Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration / Mathematics / Logistics or any related discipline
• Proven record as Inventory Controller or any relevant experience for 3-5 years in retail, wholesale, warehousing, and/or logistics
• Knowledge of ordering supplies and inventory. Ability to reconcile stock counts with data
• Proficiency working with advanced Excel functions and Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central is mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems with high level of integrity
Responsibilities:
• Develop Inventory management strategy of the company with the goal to control costs.
• Implement efficient inventory management policies and procedures control to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchase orders as required & track orders.
• Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records. Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports weekly /monthly with management.
• Physical verification of shipments, once cleared, from the sea/airport to warehouses.
• Prepare and process Import and Export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
• Manage inventory system & data entry. Monitor overall stock positioning & stock management.
