Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in North America and Canada.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects, converting them into long-term customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize sales efforts.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the North American and Canadian markets, with an established network of contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within North America and Canada as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in international markets.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and large accounts.
